Twitter users in India were left surprised by a Kerala man’s impeccable parking skills, after his video went viral yesterday. The man named P. Biju, from Kerala’s Wayanad district, was seen driving out a car, which he had parked earlier on a narrow concrete strip, with a ditch in the front and back.
The video of the tricky parallel parking manoeuvre left thousands of viewers gaping each time the driver reversed the car, and stood with the tyres on the edge of the concrete strip.
Social media users praised him for the “incredible” smoothness with which he drove the white sports utility vehicle (SUV) out. Many shared it on Twitter, Facebook and even on WhatsApp.

Facebook user Hari Raghunathan posted: “Incredible! This video will keep you hooked till the end.”
After the video went viral, local news channels contacted him to talk about his newfound internet fame. According to a local news report Biju, who lives in Mananthavady, works as a driver. He said: "This is my friend's car and it needed some paint work. On Sunday, I had taken the car to get fixed. This was when my wife shot the video of me parallel parking near our house. I didn't know she had done that. Only when it went viral, did I come to know about it.”
He added: "I have been driving buses, especially on the Ernakulam - Kannur route for many years. And those vehicles are 12 and a half metres long. So the Innova's length has never been much of a problem for me. No matter which car it is, all you need is to have a mental picture of the size of the vehicle. It's all about that understanding and confidence.”
